Hello ’15/’16 season!!
UCC Women’s rugby team is a very social, yet hard working team. We strive to achieve the right balance between on and off the field activities. As a result this mix brings out the best in each of our team members. Each year it is the new members that are key to the clubs success, with the majority of new members having never played rugby before.
We have a range of achievements under out belts having won the Intervarsity Div. 1 Competition in NUIG in 2012, Division 2 competition in Belfast in 2013 and Division 2 competition in Carlow in 2015. In 2013, we also entered two teams with the growing number of women taking up the sport.
With our upcoming season, we aim to embark with a goal of achieving some of the year’s big competition titles, and it’s with your help that we will do this!! Come out and give UCC Women’s rugby a shot!!
